Phoebe...our Chihuahua Child!

Phoebe will be 4 in February. She is the sweetest creature ever! She loves to cuddle and she is super laid back. Even if you aren't fond of little dogs, if you met her, you would love her! She brings me so much comfort & keeps me from being lonely.
